How do I contact AX?

Email contact@axstore.in, call or WhatsApp +91 89030 44818, or message @axmensstore on Instagram. Support hours are 10:00 AM–10:00 PM, Monday–Sunday. For an order query, include your order number and the item name.

Where are your stores?

Visit AX at Sai Baba Colony (NSR Rd) or Thadagam Road / Thadagam Main Rd in Coimbatore. Both stores are open 10:00 AM–10:00 PM, Monday–Sunday. Find current directions on our Stores page.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders successfully placed and verified before 10:00 AM IST are scheduled for same-day dispatch. Orders placed at or after 10:00 AM IST are scheduled for dispatch the following day. Sunday is a normal dispatch day.

Do you offer free delivery?

Eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of ₹2,000 or more receive free Standard delivery. For other orders, and for Express delivery where available, the applicable shipping charge is shown before you place the order.

Can I exchange or return an item?

Eligible regular-price items may be exchanged for another available size or colour when requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered and returned with original tags and packaging. Ordinary exchange return and re-shipping charges are paid by the customer. AX does not offer ordinary change-of-mind refunds. Damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed items may qualify for replacement, return or refund under the current policy and applicable law. See the Policies page for complete terms.

How do I choose my size?

Use the size selector, size guide and garment measurements shown on the product page where available. AX Stylist can also provide fit guidance based on the product data and measurements you choose to provide. Fit recommendations are estimates, so check the product measurements before ordering.

What is WIDE VIEW?

WIDE VIEW is a fast visual browsing mode for collections. It shows more product images at once and hides the extra card details. Switch it off whenever you want to see product names, prices and colour options again.

What can AX Stylist do?

AX Stylist can help you search the AX catalogue, compare pieces, build outfits, understand fit and choose between available sizes using AX product data and information you choose to provide.
