Meet your AI shopping stylist.

Ask AX about outfits, fabrics, colour pairings, product numbers or store information. Say “add both to cart” or “wishlist them” to act on suggested pieces. AX asks you to choose any missing sizes or unclear products, checks available options, and confirms when the action succeeds. Share a piece or look, or ask for an image collage made from actual AX product photos.

Size guidance, with real measurements

“My fit & style” starts with an optional quick overview: approximate height, weight and your usual top and bottom labels. A bottom label is not a body waist measurement. The overview gives rough context, not an accurate size match. For a closer product check, open “Advanced measurements” and enter body chest, waist, hips or inseam as needed. AX compares these with that product’s approved body-size ranges. Garment charts are different from body measurements. Height alone is never used to guess a size.

If AX has not supplied a complete guide, the Stylist will ask for more information or suggest contacting our team. Fit estimates are not guarantees. It will not silently recommend a larger size when your measurements are outside the chart.

Photos

You can attach a clothing photo for colour and pairing ideas. Photos are resized in your browser and re-encoded without location metadata before sending. The feature looks at clothing, not your identity, health or body measurements. Lighting may change how colours appear. Do not upload private documents or intimate photos.

What is sent and stored?

• When you agree and send a message, your message, recent chat context, relevant fit/profile details and any selected clothing photo may be processed by trusted third-party service providers used to operate AX Stylist. AX product and policy data relevant to your request may also be processed. Your processing permission is remembered for 30 days in this browser, separately from saved chat and profile choices. Use Stylist’s Privacy choices to withdraw it; you will be asked again after expiry or a disclosure-version change.
• Closing Stylist keeps your chat for this visit. Optional “Remember chat” retains recent text, viewed pieces and selected options for 30 days, in this browser for guests or privately linked to your signed-in AX account across devices. Uploaded photos and unsent drafts are not saved for later. Signing in does not automatically attach a guest chat; choose “Attach browser chat” if you want to bring it into your account.
• “Remember my measurements” is optional and has a separate agreement. It saves your entered measurement overview privately for up to 30 days, linked to your AX account when signed in or to an anonymous browser cookie for guests.
• Your wishlist stays in this browser for guests or in your AX account when signed in. Guest saved pieces can be attached to your account with your choice. Share links contain only product references; they do not share your chat, fit details or uploaded photos.
• An essential anonymous cookie and short-lived usage counters help limit abuse and cost. A protected hash of your IP may be used if the hosting proxy is configured for it. AX records pseudonymous request counts, response times, processing usage and errors for 30 days to maintain this service. These records contain no message text, measurements or photos.
• AX does not ask its AI service provider to keep conversation state. Some service providers may retain limited data for security, abuse-prevention, operational logs or backups under their own settings and applicable terms. Your controls

Use “Clear chat” to remove this conversation and its saved memory. Turn off “Remember chat” to delete saved memory while continuing the current visit. “Delete saved profile” removes your stored fit details. Remove wishlist pieces with the bookmark or a wishlist command. These controls do not reset usage limits or delete store accounts or orders. Guests should delete saved profiles before clearing site cookies.

What AX Stylist does not do

It is an AI, not a human support agent. Unrelated questions receive a polite return to shopping. It does not offer professional advice, process payments, change orders, issue refunds, promise discounts or contact staff for you. Never share passwords, OTPs, card details or private account documents in chat.
